DESIGN PHASE

Selecting the best proposed design and approving the layout.

Making the best functional distribution of facilities, zoning, area spacing, indoor & outdoor areas

Suggesting the necessary design modification to ensure an economical and safe operation.

Identifying the most suitable and needed sports/entertainment activities to place in vacant areas.

Providing all technical specifications of sports facilities(locations, dimensions, orientation surface types, lighting, international specs approved by international federations)

Suggesting suppliers for cost evaluation including efficiency solutions (solar/water conservation, etc.)

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Assuring an efficient and effective executional flow for the approved designs.

Formulating set of applications for standardizing the smooth workflow and follow up methodology with various contractors and suppliers.

Providing specialized technical assistance, supervision and working on modifications if needed based on the operators (sports facilities and buildings).

Monitoring and leading the landscape contractor.
Selecting various economical finishing materials and furniture. Working with the assigned consultant on optimizing the budget. Providing lists of specialized local and international suppliers.

Assisting in the final work flow approval cycle of the contractor
“mainly in all technical aspects” to ensure moving along the agreed upon time plan

Acting on behalf of the owner on all matters related to operations.

SALES & MARKETING PHASE

Sales & Marketing launch plan development & execution incompliance with the owner’s Communication strategy.

Sales & Marketing budgets development ensuring
utmostutilization of the project’s budget allocated for Sales & Marketing.

Ensuring membership satisfaction & delightfulness throughout the project lifetime

Selection, recruitment & training of all personnel making the best utilization of overhead budget allocated for manpower.
Putting in place all the activities in compliance with the rules and regulations. Setting all the pricing policies.
Registering in federations Club organization chart

OPERATION

Interviewing the potential members as non-residence.
Operation of all club facilities, sports activities, social activities and the food & beverage. Managing the maintenance team covering all the club facilities and equipment.

Managing the security & housekeeping teams

ACCOUNTING ACTIVITIES AND REPORTING

Following up on membership renewal activities.
Handling accounting activities according to the national norms. Following upon financial transactions of the operation.

Reviewing actual performance vs. budgeted financial performance.

Setting Half Annual reviews for the financial performance with the Project Owners Commitee .
